Technical Resource or Profession Technician System is a program that the Ford tech’s use to fix all Ford vehicles . A work shop manual online like All Data, Mitchell1, Identifix, and others to help diagnose vehicles. Its a great recourse to have when it comes to repairing your Ford fleet or independent shop customers. Along with the IDS3 and IDS/FDRS software it help diagnose even easier.
Shops/Fleets are eligible to have this if they purchase $1,200 per month. Not all Ford dealers offer this program and if they do they have limited quality to hand out. This program has a lot offer like training and Rotunda tools. Nothing is better to use than Ford dealer software from Ford.
I, Ismael-OSR, have used it, sold it, and trained shops/fleets in how use it. Fleets find it useful when it comes to maintaining their fleet. Shops find it useful to generate sales and grow their Ford customer base.
