Some of you shops/fleets are aware by now that the IDS software is being replaced with the FDRS software. The IDS software is not going away anytime soon but the new software is out now. You will have to down load the new software and register your shop/fleet on a website. The FDRS only works on new vehicles and few 2018’s. This software can be used with VCM2 and VCM3. FDRS is faster software and your shop/fleet will be able to do better diagnostics. Using the FDRS requires you login a little different and you must be connected to the internet. This software will work with your license that you are using now with the IDS.
